Gull started me thinking about this.  Fred Thompson has too much baggage from his own political career to be President. 

With his affiliation with Hillary Clinton (all negative), I can only imagine what a national campaign will look like.  I don't want to re-live the Whitewater investigation or the finance irregularities associated with the Clinton administration.  I don't want to have Filegate revived as a national issue. 

I'm sick and tired of the Clintons and the black spot they left on the White House.
